Parallel means faster

How do you get to the moon faster?

In 1958 NASA started two projects: Mercury (one-man spacecraft) and Apollo (three man spacecraft). Then in 1961 President Kennedy speeded up the moon-shot project and suddenly the goal had to be achieved before the end of the decade. In parallel, the Gemini project (two-man spacecraft) was started to develop key technology. Thanks to that, the USA was on the moon within the decade.

Like the Gemini project, PCM is also a parallel project, concentrating only on technology. The current development team can continue the maintenance of the legacy system while in parallel, Lizatec converts the system to C# and .Net.

Easy to test
With PCM, testing is easy because you can test side by side. You can see the old system on one computer and the new ICT system on another alongside.

Easy to manage project
The conversion is easy to manage because no change of functionality is involved. In addition, because the conversion is carried out for an agreed fixed price there is no risk of budget overrun.
